In July of 2020, Sylvia Rodriguez joined Casey Development, Ltd. as the Staff Accountant. Sylvia’s responsibilities include preparing bank reconciliations, recording journal entries, and providing administrative and clerical support for the company’s financial needs. She works hand in hand with the company’s Controller by producing financial statements and reports as needed.
Sylvia has been in the accounting field for 23 years and continues to pursue a career. Sylvia is currently seeking an Associate of Arts in Accounting. As soon as she completes all her required courses, she then will seek a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and start preparing for her CPA tests. Sylvia is from the suburbs of Dallas and moved to San Antonio in 2003. Outside of work, she is a mother to a boy and a girl, and has been happily married for 17 years.
